talking about Ebay I have seen some D3's going for 1500.00 can this be real, or would you just be waving goodbye to your money on the next paypal train to Hong Kong ?

There are other auction sites? Wink

Doesn't apply to eBay. I think they quite like sniping... several auction sniping sites are sponsored links on eBay.

Many Hong Kong sellers are respectable and reliable. But, I suspect, not all of them!!

I didnt mean to be Hong Kongist, I was just wondering if the listings were genuine at all and had anyone had any expereince of this... it's tempting but worrying at the same time..I got my slave triggers from HK and other bits and bobs too Smile

I'm clearly missing something here - the cheapest HK price I've seen is 2399 + 70 p&p. Which seems a reasonable HK price bearing in mind there's probably no Canon UK guarantee.

The link you've given is for a used D3 - the winning bit was 1950 + 20 p&p. The camera was located in London.
