Providing you have stored it correctly then yes it’s only 9 weeks over due.

For every 10 years passed since the expiry date rate the film one ISO value lower from the original value.
Check pentaxpete's portfolio, most of the films he uses have REALLY passed their expiry date.
If you will not develop the film yourself LET the ones who will develop your film KNOW that you have rated it differently from its labeled ISO so they will leave it in chemicals for longer.

The trouble is -- the 'Professional Labs' run with machines that are set up for ONE STANDARD C41 TIME and they cannot 'develop One Roll Longer' -- the only way is to do it yourself OR get some-one who uses a ' Traditional Developing Tank' to do it.
