Error 70: Time for a new card?

Hi all.
I've just had Error 70 pop up on my trusty 7d mk i when copying from it unto my computer.
It went away with no problems when I turned the camera off and on again, and no data was lost.
This is the first time I've encountered it, and I'm wondering if it means the card is reaching the end of it's life or if it's just a one off.
What are everyone's thoughts?

Looking at Canon Canada and Canon USA sites it's likely an internal communicaions error, not card related and if it happens repeatedly a service is advised.
