Exhibiting & Pricing Large Canvases

Hi guys!
I have my canvases advertised on my website for 79 +P&P
I am entering them for a local exhibition for this price, with my website mentioned.
However,
I am also hoping to sell them through tourism related businesses who may want to charge in addition to this. Some galleries charge 35%. I was advised by one gallery owner that they could probably sell my images for 120.
How do I square the pricing? I cant easily change the website price as it would drag up the prices of other prints with it. Theres no facility to differentiate what I end up getting after the printing costs are covered.

You have not said how big your prints are.
Why not talk to the gallery about experimenting with them selling some prints that are not on your web site?

I can submit three images for the exhibition. One is 17 x11ins, The other two are 20 x 10 and the application is due in on the 31st.
I visited the gallery before Christmas and the owner was very positive and said she’d email me, but I haven’t heard anything. I am due to visit another one but with staff Covid outbreaks etc, that has not yet been possible. I’ve also been trying to get back in touch with a local cafe owner, but she’s not in every day, so haven’t yet been able to.
