I've just uploaded my favourite photo and wondered what YOUR personal favourite is and why?

Lovelight is my fave because of the great lighting.

What is your favourite?

Do you mean favourite of our own photos, Debbie ? I think mine would have to be Cherries as it was my first attempt at really trying to set up a shot, rather than just snapping away.

Taken lots since then which I am very attached too though, so it's hard to say ! : )

Of 'recent' pics Shotglass Romance is the one I was most pleased with, though it hardly set the gallery alight.

Mine would be this one taken in Keswick because it reminds me of a great evening. Even though it only got 4 clicks! (Still there though folks!). Shameless - totally shameless!

mine would be my Connemara Mountains

The light was so fantastic I had to screech to a halt in a layby to take it on a wonderful trip to Ireland - a magical country.

My favourite photo - so far (I always hope to shoot a new favourite...) - from my own portfolio is Rose Rapture. Not just because I love roses so much, but mainly because of the same reason Al mentioned: it was the first time I set up a shot, and it was also the first time I got *exactly* the result I wanted, which was a whole new experience for me.

Im curious to see the favourites of others, so why not add to this thread and share yours...

Like aoap my favourite changes but I still like this one from my own gallery.

However, my favourite personal shot is actually one of my wife and myself. Although we are both nude and it's full frontal it's not a pornographic nor erotic shot, it just shows two people together. The only reason I've never uploaded it is because I'm not exactly a slim individual and it might put some people off their lunch.

My favourite shot ever was one I saw on the internet just after first got a modem back in 1996. Of course like any bloke when he first gets on he goes and sees what porn there is to find (yes, I apologise for it now). Anyway I came across a shot of this nude blond woman standing in a lake. Again, it wasn't erotic or pornographic just a very beautiful shot no matter how you looked at it.

This is an interesting thread and I will have a good long look at everyones favourite image this evening or tomorrow - I really have to do some work now!!)

In think my own favourite (and it did rather well in terms of clicks) is Gently sleeping. This is because it was set up and I got this great dof that I have not been able to duplicate ever again!!

Though I am also very pleased with my latest little series of chillis!!

My favourite shot at the moment is this shot I took in St Katherines Dock Reggie Heron I had to get up at about 6am to catch it, as the Heron usually moves on later in the morning, also I had to be in work at 9:00. It was one of though's shots that after you take it you think it might be a nice one. I like the way it shows the Heron in a diffrent enviroment from the norm. I spent an enjoyable couple of hours following it round and taking pictures, I reckon this was the best I got.
