Fixing the loose barrel on Sigma Art 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM lens

I wonder if anybody has any experience fixing the Sigma 50mm lens (it is the version designed for Canon body). Lens noticeable loose right in the middle of the barrel. I tried to lift the rubber focus ring and tighten three screws under it - it didn't help. I opened the back of the camera by unscrewing 4 screws and then tighten some screws under the connection ring - they were tightened already. I can find a lot of advice on the internet on how to fix the bottom burrel ring but nothing related to my problem. I attached the photo of the lens with the loose part circled and a video of the problem (

The lens seems to be working fine except with aperture set to f1.4 - f2.0 where it produces blurry images no matter what. I am not sure it is related. I bought this lens used a while ago and it looks like the problem is getting worse.
