Focus on Imaging - meet up on Sunday 25th Feb 2007
It was great Geoff - are you there already? It was my first sociable Focus - last couple of times I've been there it's been simply a shopping trip, but this time I met a bunch of people that I've worked with / bought from but not met face to face, including epz'ers! Was really helpful to have my large poster print with me - got some interest from a mag called "Hotshoe", so you never know!

Leaving this pm to drive up to Cheltenham for the night and then on to Brum in the morning, Phil Trevennen is coming with me as usual. Not looking for anything special, I have to see if I can get a D80 for somebody at a good price but I'm holding fire for the new Nikon D3's next year (I hope) and cramming my pennies into my piggy bank !!

It was lovely to meet Pete and the team and thanks so much for the lovely print (the eagle I mean, not the hawk!!!) So much hard work and thought has gone into the stand - it was a friendly and hospitable refuge from the madding crowd and very much appreciated.
