Foliopic help?

I have a pro account on Foliopic and renewed recently to a lower package whilst still within the pro period, but now it's saying if I do not renew in 7 days my site will no longer be accessible? Surely if I step down one package option nothing should change apart from a newsletter and a private gallery! Concerned as I don't want to have to pay twice? anyway I'm sure a few of you on here know what I'm on about? Smile

I did the same , I renewed from pro to advanced with still 4 days of the pro left. It updated immediately informing me I had 369 days to renewal. I would raise a report, and it will soon get sorted. Their support is brilliant, very quick to respond once aware of a problem
