Trail / Walking boots & shoes from Anatom Footwear

General day-to-day shoes from Jones Bootmaker or Russell & Bromley
laced / unlaced - just depends on what catches my eye but usually a I buy couple of pairs at a time so it could be one of each type.

Wellington Boots - I do not have any.

When looking for shoes my criteria are:
1. One shoe for left foot and one for right. Not two of one or the other.
2. Both shoes must match.
3. Must be correct size for my feet.

You left out personal choice.
If you have 2 pairs of differently styled/coloured boots/shoes placed in front of you that match your 3 primary criteria,
would you not choose one over the other?

Being a cheapskate, I'd automatically choose the cheapest.Wink

Cheap is good!
OK, so 2 pairs at the same price, fitting to original criteria, the only difference is one pair is red and one pair is blue.
Now which?

Hehe! Red shoes are a definite no-no for me, and as for the blue ones, yes, I'd take those if they were a discreet dark blue (I had a pair like that once) otherwise, I would pass on both and wait until a colour more suited to my taste and (lack of?) style were available.Smile
However...if they were that cheap, I'd probably decide that price comes before style and buy both pairs!

"Blue Suede Shoes" was written by the late Carl Perkins. Actually saw him perform it live at a Johnny Cash Roadshow in Manchester in the 1970s.

To stay on topic, my comfiest shoes are Hi-Tec walking shoes (trainers). So comfy I am on my second pair.

I've seen the actual blue suede shoes in the National Museum of Country Music in Nashville.
