I recently bought an X-Pro1 and yesterday I took it out to take some photographs. The battery indicator was white and 2 bars, so I thought I was ok, after taking 3-4 pics the battery went red and that was it.

Has anyone else had this happen, it was pretty disappointing as I could easily had charged it before going out if I had known the battery was low.

The bars tend to stay full for a long while, but soon as they start to drop is isn't long before the battery goes flat, which appears to be pretty normal. I had a X100 which was the same and it's the same on my X1pro and the X1 pro forums say pretty much the same.

Thanks RadarUK, I have turned on my Power save mode. I have also bought a couple of extra batteries Grin
