FZ82 something inside lens

I have a refurbished (by Panasonic) FZ82. A small black mark appears on all photos and videos and can be soon through the viewfinder. I have had a lens filter on all the time but it is not on that. I have cleaned the lens thoroughly but it remains so somehow it is inside. Does it have to go back to Panasonic for repair and it is 13 months old ?

Sounds to me like something on the sensor, and as it’s not an interchangeable lens camera. I think you will have to send it back for repair

Trust me, I have the FZ45, they can find their way in. I agree with Mike_Smith, and send it back immediately. If you think it was there from the start mention that to them. Please let us know what they did or say...

I had a Canon Powershot compact and a mark appeared on the sensor after a few years. It might have been just after the wrist strap broke off & the camera dropped onto a carpeted floor. The camera was old & eventually I disposed of it in an environmentally friendly way!
