I don't think anyone will be able to tell you this as there are so many variables that can impact on the settings needed. Rather, you should consider investing in a monitor colour calibration solution such as this: Spyder X.
These devices measure the colours displayed to allow for an accurate profile to be used (the profile applies the settings you are after).
