Good Lens for Room Photos

Hi folks.
I'm looking for a lens that would be good to capture small rooms to advertise for property rental.
I've been told a tokina at-x pro 11-20mm f2.8 dx but this is too expensive for me.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

The Tokina is a cheaper alternative compared to many of the lenses other would recommend , so what is your budget?
What sort of quality are you looking for?

Ideally a couple of hundred.
I'll be using it once.
Quality will be for a website so nothing perfect.

If for a once only use I would look at hiring, you will then be able to look a a better quality option (web images these days are quite good)

Canon EF-S 10-22mm wide angle zoom. About £150 new, but cheaper on Ebay, but you don't say what camera you're using.
Or can you use your phone?

Agreed.

However, as it's a one off, another option to consider is shooting several images with your current widest angle and stitch them together. Software is very accomplished an gives great results. Certainly worth a try first.
