I really mean this. Please have a good family Christmas holiday and leave all the commercialism, bickering and bad feeling behind. As I am sure most of you will.
I have just heard that a good friend of mine suffering with cancer has been given about three weeks to live.
We are assisting with his admission at a hospice tomorrow.
So make the best of what you have now.

Sadly our friend passed away yesterday. Not much more to say...
I'm sorry to hear that Richard, I hope the time spent showing care and sharing time was valuable for them and for you, I hope his family know that friends like you valued him greatly and his presence enriched others.
