Have I clicked something?
Suddenly I have to verify who I am by clicking on how many trucks there are in a selection of pics and emails or I have a paused notice in the top right hand of my screen where I have to resend my password all over again. Is this the result of a M/S upgrade or have I clicked something somewhere to cause this?
I may be wrong and am ready to be corrected, but if you have cookies/browser history ticked to clear every time you log off, then yes, you will be asked to reconfirm your identity next time you want to log on.

As you were, it is still doing it.
It has happened to me a few times on E Bay, I just follow the instructions and put in my password when and if it requires me to. It happened a few times then nothing for months. I always clear my history after each session on my PC.
I have had this a few times after updates. You need to go to " Settings " - Pasword and check the account is Synced, sometimes happens if your Google browser is not logged in.
