Help needed! Can't remember photographers name.....
Would really appreciate any help on this.
I've been going round in circles (for years!) trying to find the name of a particular photographer and I'm at my wit's end.
The photographer in question took black and white pictures. Some scenery, some candid shots. I remember a particular one of a couple splashing around in the ocean and there was another one with a group of men looking from (outside?) a pet shop window decorated with birdcages. It was a man and I believe he was from South America.
Please help!

Well I Googled it and came up with Martin Chambi - lots of others but there is a photograph of a couple dancing in the waves.

OOps - sorry they are dancing on a mountain but that link has many S. American photographers.
