Good evening to all.
I am trying to raise awareness and get names for the gurkhas to be able to stay in this country. This isn't to discuss imagration or upset people about the wars we are in today. This is about people who serve this country with their lives along side our boys for over the last 200 years in conflicts involving both world wars gulf wars and the Falklands war. If not for these brave warriors our loss of life in these battles would be so much greater. We are in debt to these people yet we repay them by kicking them out of the country once they have finished service or injured.
Simon Weston suffered horrific injuries in the Falkland war and received medical help for years after, The Gurkha's are sent back to their home in Burma which is the 3rd poorest country in the world with no further medical help for their troubles which they got fighting for this country.

We are fighting to get up to 4000 people the right to live here, that is nothing compared to the the 1 and a half million eastern Europeans that flooded in.
I thank you for taking the time to read this Jase

I'm there - and forwarded the site info on as well.

I am horrified at the British Government's attitude on this. They let any Tom, **** or Harry in but shun the Gorkha. It sickens me. I stand behind this and would urge as many members as possible to show their backing on this.

Great post Jase.

Thanks, It makes me sick what is happening yet the gov wastes so much and lets benifit cheats live off a system that fails on a daily basis yet these warriors give their blood for our queen.

The 'good for cannon fodder but not good enough for anything else' attitude sickens and infuriates me.

BURMA ? try Nepal.

I don't think either Burma or Nepal is 3rd poorest country in the world. Nepal will be somewhere near the bottom end, but I'm not even sure its in the ten poorest.
