Depends which bit I think. In some parts of Hackney you can pay £400k for a 2-bed flat, I'm told.

My friend just sold her 4 bedroom terraced house for £860K, she's 10 mins down the road from me and so still has to put up with the same amount of [email protected] that those in faaaaar cheaper housing do, she just paid more for the privilege.
