Unsure if the features I have are available to everyone yet (branded skyDrive from my docs -> cloud ), I know that Microsoft must of had a meeting and have realised that they are developing several variations of the same thing under names of livesync, skydrive etc... and they are now re-branding it all under LiveMesh. *rolleyes*.

With my backups on external hard drives and CDs the security of my data is in my own hands and control.

However, if I were professionally shooting and amassing large quantities of data periodically then I would seriously consider off site backups.
