Image Problem
Here's a full scale section of a 4MB scanned image. This is becoming an increasingly common problem not limited to a particular roll of film, filters, even camera body or developer.
I'd appreciate your thoughts on what might cause such heavy pixellation and blue colour cast.

Thanks for the input guys - sorry about the terminology Bri. All the images I've had scanned have been done by the developer.
I've used five different commercial labs over the last two years and nearly all the scans have suffered from noise or colour casts to a greater or lesser degree.
As I said, filters have been replaced, different rolls of film used in two different bodies etc. and I'm beginning to give up on the whole thing...
