Don't know if anybody watched this on BBC4 last night, but what a great documentary on this fascinating american photographer of old who was a pioneer in colour photography. If you're into street scenes and candids etc I urge you to take the time to take an hour of your time and give it a watch.........Not sure if BBC4 are going to repeat it or not, but here's a linky think that will take you to the BBCi Player page.

Ade, thank you for the tip. I was unaware of the programme and did miss it (for something dire on another channel!) and will see if it is repeated on BBC 4 within Sky. I followed the link and it looks as though it is available on iPlayer until 9 April but others interested are best to check. Chris

It well worth the the watch I assure you if only to admire the man's humbleness. I'm not into street photography in anyway, macro's my failing as most folk know, but this show had me riveted to the chair for the hour last night.....

What a lovely programme. I've never heard of him but I will look him up now. I loved his street stuff. Thanks for the link Ade.
I couldn't resist a couple of snaps while watching - some people just make you want to do it. Smile
