Before replying I tested it myself and it works well. Using an iPhone 8+.
Who said there was a problem, and when?

Raise a ticket so IT can see if they can help - provide as much info as you can - phone model, iOS version, what happens when you try to log in, error message you get, add screenshots if you can.
