Well done and as being nice to everybody there's nothing wrong with a little Currying favour. Wink

It's a public vote to decide the winner.

I'm sure the image will do well, but there are a couple of cute shots which always seem to atract votes. The water vole, sheep, mouse and rainbow all look like strong competition.

Congratulations and very good luck Lee, very well deserved, I really loved Jon's image also, shame he did not get through, a wonderful moment captured.

Have to say I am not at all surprised to see an epz Osprey appear in the final 12.

Good luck to Lee and all the other finalists. My personal favourite is the sheep in snow.

I think the spider pic is a weak finalist. Its a nice enough shot (albeit with a slightly dull / flat composition) but it doesn't conjure up a moment of magic in my mind when I look at it. I think Jo Bland is to blame for that one sneaking in.

Like the idea of the childs face in the butterfly shot. A childs wonder at the beauty and mystery of nature DOES say a moment of magic to me.

Couldn't believe it when i saw his shot there too. He was a stranger literally next to me in the hide. I can remember us reviewing our shots and being especially pleased with this sequence. Small world ay Grin

"didn't want to be accused of any EPZ bias", then you open a thread about it on here? LOL

I think what Cheryl meant was she couldnt show any form of being biased in the narrowing down of what made it into the final 12. So as she said if she recognised an entry from here she knew it was passed onto other judges to decide if it went further or not. But now the 12 entries are final and its now open to the public then it doesnt matter.

And with Lee being on ePZ then i think we should all get behind him Wink lol
