Would anybody be interested in hanging their work in a gallery? Id be prepared to do all the arranging but exhibitors would need to get their work ready and framed etc. You also might like to consider selling it. I would have to split the cost of the exhibition space between all thiose who took part. If you could register your interest let me know and I will find out some more details. You can also email at

I'd be interested - the house is knee deep in frames from my last exhibition. So it would be a good chance to get rid of some.

Yeah Clare, I'd be very interested too. Also depends on cost as I'm on tight budget.

Any thoughts on a venue, bearing in mind we are spread around the country ?

Well, we could use a postal service or send me the photos and I can get them framed to your spec. Im afraid you'd have to pay for that but I can get quotes.

I would be happy to do this Clare, but we would have to have a standard, this would be the difficult part. Who is going to decide who's work is good enough. How will it be advertised? If you mention Ephotozine you will need to clear this with pete..
Just a few hurdles.. I am sure there will be more. But as I said I am happy to go along with this.

I think as each artist will be paying to have their work displayed its up to them to decide if their work is good enough. I know of a few places that host exhibitions. Nothing huge scale by anymeans and I dont know what the waiting list for hiring the space is. I will do some investigating as theres seems to be enough interest in principle.

Thanks everyone and do let me have your ideas/thoughts/suggestions

I would normally be very interested, but at the moment all my work is in packing cases, waiting for a move to the Lake District.
I will monitor the site for feedback to see if this gets off the ground, and if it goes well, I hope to join the next one.
