Looking for Poppy Fields in North West
Hi Folks,
I've been trying to find some Poppy fields around Manchester/Cheshire/Derbyshire ways without success, just wondering if anyone has come across any and if so would be kind enough to share the location.
Would be nice to get some shots before they disappear for a year.

Hi Harsharn,
I dont know if it helps you but on my way to Dunham Massey From my home town Leigh along Glazebrook lane, there is a field of Rapeseed and Poppy mixed together. Weather permiting this weekend I will be there taking photos myself

I know its no where near you...... But if you fancy a trip to " East Anglia " ie: Norfolk & Suffolk " We is inundated with Poppy fields......
You could tie that in with a trip to snap some shots of the vanishing Happisburgh beach ruins, Before they are lost forever....
Question, Is it worth £60 to 70 quids worth of fuel.....

I'll take a look at that Dave, doesn't look too far from where I live and lookforward to seeing your shots from there.
Thanks Vince, I will at some point make a trip down to East Anglia, but I think the Poppy's may have gone by then, perhaps next summer.
