Lumix GX9 - File transfer problem

Can someone help me with a small problem? When transfering images, raw+jpg, from the GX9 to my computer, the thumbnails are appearing in the Organiser with all the jpegs lumped together, and the corresponding raw files clumped together. When using all my other cameras the files are uploaded with the raw/jpegs together.
I'm sure it's a setting problem on the GX9 as it's my only camera that does this. I've looked through the manual but I can't see what the solution could be.
Any ideas most welcome.
Cheers.

Taking a long time to process there Chris - is the battery fully charged.

Most definitely. I've found a thread on the web, an Adobe page, where someone else has had this problem but with a Sony. I've tried everything and am waiting for a call from someone who might be able to help. If not, it's going on sale. Shame, because i really like the camera.

I am wondering if it is the software rather than the camera Chris. I would experiment a bit taking only one image and processing that one to see if it has something to do with the mechanics outside of the camera. And it could be a setting in the camera which is in conflict with your processing software in some way. I don't think you should give up on the camera just yet!

Quote:Chris, perhaps I'm missing something here, but isn't the easiest just to import them then choose 'sort by name'?
Not sure what you mean. The files are numbered, not named. I don't name things.
While I'm at it, I'm wondering why I can't see the raw file image in my file directory on the computer. Just to complicate matters further.

You miss my point. The time is an hour out from jpgs and raws. I have no choice about what time is recorded and nothing in the uploading or camera menus to alter. Believe me, I've tried everything.
I found this on the web. I'm not the only person who has had this problem but seeing as my other cameras behave perfectly, I'm not faffing about because this one is acting out of sorts. It's going back now anyway.

I have just read through the link you put up Chris and I would say, that as this guy has exactly the same problem as you but his camera is a Sony, then it must be the updated software. i.e. an Adobe problem and I was wondering if you have tried your other cameras since this happened as if it is the software it could be happening to everything.
