Yes, I have tried all my other cameras and they are fine. Which is why I think its the GX9. I can't come to any other conclusion. I've tried different memory cards, changed the times on the camera too. Whatever the problem now, the gloss has worn off. Happily I'm able to return it for a refund, no quibbling. There's MPB for you. Smile

It is such a shame tho' especially as you were enjoying the camera. I'm glad you're very philosophical about it.

Well, it's not as if I'm short of a camera or six. Grin
It was good to try it though. I've been wondering about one for ages.

This is what Jack and MPB had to say -

Quote:This is a strange issue, the timestamp when shooting JPEG and RAW simultaneously should be the same, and as far as I'm aware there isn't a way to separate them as it's baked into the metadata of an image

Quote:You miss my point.

Quote:When transfering images, raw+jpg, from the GX9 to my computer, the thumbnails are appearing in the Organiser with all the jpegs lumped together, and the corresponding raw files clumped together. When using all my other cameras the files are uploaded with the raw/jpegs together.

RealIy? I answered your original issue in your opening post, as above.

Sorry Malc. Have no idea what you mean. Never mind. Sorted now.
