Messages hiccup - for attention of admin staff

Hi,

For some time now there's been a symbol at the top right of my screen indicating that I have an unread message. Whenever I check, there are no unread messages for me. Is that a problem your end or my end?

It's been there for me too for a while.. I thought it was just me. Must be something up!

I just clicked on the icon and there is a message to say Samsung is the new sponsor of POTW

If you click on the envelope icon and no message appears, it means that the sender has chosen to stop delivery before you have read it. Even though delivery has been stopped, the envelope still appears, unfortunately.

There does appear to be some accounts which are showing the Private Message indicator even when their aren't any unread messages. We are looking into the matter now and it will be rectified soon.

Hi I've had 3 emails saying I've had a message from NAME I can see they are there in my message box. When I click on one I can't see the message. Any ideas please on how to see/open messages.

If the sender deletes the message before you open it, it will disappear but the notification remains.

Ok thanks for that. Just seems a bit wierd all 3 of them cancelling thier messages!
