Hi all.
I'm building a site for a client that has 4 employees, that all need to be able to create online bookings for clients, which are then serviced via Zoom. However, I can only link one zoom account to my site, which cant be shared amongst the staff. I believe organisations such as schools do this with zoom, so that each teacher can zoom with their respective classes, but I believe they do this through a central account for the school.

Can anyone point me at the info I might need, so that I can look at doing similar? I assume that if this is possible with Zoom, that there is an associated cost, which expected.

Any pointers gratefully received.

update: I have emailed Zoom support with the question also, but not sure how quickly they might reply.

I don't know for sure, but if you scroll down to the 'full plan comparison' section here , it shows that the Pro plan gives up to 9 "licenses". If you hover over the info symbol it says "You can have unlimited basic users in an account, but each plan has specific limits on how many users can be assigned meetings licenses". Perhaps that's what you need? Don't take my word for it, though!

My Camera Club has the Pro account which allows up to 100 participants and not time limited. This has worked very well with our last speaker being based in Georgia by the Black Sea. We can set up different meeting using our basic account log-in so should do what you want but a good idea to contact Zoom and ensure you get exactly what you need.

Thanks Philip, I'll have another look at the link. It wasn't clear to me if it allowed the client to have multiple meetings on the go with the same zoom account, but I'll have a look, ta.

Thanks Dave, I think you might be describing having a number of people on a zoon call, as opposed to hosting multiple zoom calls from the one account, but thank you Smile

A good point. I am not sure if we could have parallel meetings running but it would be useful to find out. However, we recently found out that we could have several rooms in a meeting so a group of members could enter one of these rooms and at an agreed time all the rooms close apart from the main so everyone is together again. We have not actually tried this feature yet but it may allow you to achieve what you want.
