Brass Band Insurance would seem an obvious one to consider but New Moon appear to have been started, in part, by a team from Allianze who have always had a very good dedicated musical instrument dept.
You might also consider 'Musicguard'.

I've had occasion to claim when I dropped my '83 Gibson SG Standard - in it's flightcase - and the neck came off. The guitar came back in better condition than its original state and - far more important - it's 'playability' was not affected in any way such was their choice of Lutherer to carry out the repair.
