How about the now much photographed magnesium extraction site in Hartlepool? There's not that much left of it now, but still worth a few pics........

I'd possibly be up for this depending on the arranged date.

Ok , I know steetley very well , so - it needs to be a bright day and 4-4.30 is last light so a sat or sunday is prob the best but we need to check the weather , snow this weekends apparently which puts it out of the question - so maybe a weekender in december ?

The place is worthy of a full day even in its present state and offers landscape and macro photography galore , theres also the beach and the old pier , plus a gothic graveyard ..

So any ideas on the best date ?

The other possibility is a weekday if we can organize our jobs around it and this would mean less kids or gippos around too which is good >?
I have two weeks off in december ...

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are best for me - most of my weekends are booked up with weddings / portraits. Earlier December rather than later would also be good Smile

Off to dig out shooting mitts - it's cold out there!

Not sure which days to be honest will be able to tell you if you put a date in place. Worst case scenario pop along for a few hours. If you fancy it maybe I could arrange a model or two for a couple of hours just to shoot something a bit different?
