Norton search engine

I can usually get Google back as my default search engine when Norton suddenly interferes but this time I can't. Who wants Norton as a search engine???
Settings>default browser etc but can't get rid of Norton. Anyone any ideas?

I've never allowed the thing to take over on my PC, but this link https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v45748162 may help.
