Our younger selves
After John Duders (Dudler) Uni Upload and a comment in that thread by Keith (Dark Lord) I thought I'd kick off a 'our former selves' thread.
This was something around 1980 in the mess room at work.
Not Uni as I did the day release route to high education, until the OU years later.

Me, in 1984, taken by a friend on his Canon AE-1. I'm holding my first SLR - a Minolta X700. Still got it. Still works.
This was me in about 1946! A boy! No rude comments please. From a set of tiny studio prints by a firm called, Polyphoto or something similar.
Parents were given a sheet of twenty or so postage stamp sized images and could choose the enlargements they wanted. I have 2 or three big prints stored away somewhere.
5 years old, in my first kilt, made by my mum.
15 years old, 6' tall, just home from a Scouts weekend.
The 70's. 20-something. Cheesecloth shirt, flared jeans.

I dont have many pictures of myself when I was younger (or older for that matter!), but I have these:

About 14, maybe 15.... I think that was the Daily Mirror I was reading ....

About 1958, on the beach on the Isle of Arran on a family holiday, about 14 years old I wish I could still do this!!
