Phones that store Mode in Details

Which brands of phones store the camera Mode used to take a photo with the details of that photo?
The Samsung Gallery app stores the size & pixel dimensions of each photo -- but doesn't store the Mode I chose.
I asked a Samsung hotline if there is a way to see the Mode used, after the fact, to learn which modes work in which situations. The tech said no, but some phone brands might do that.
Does anyone know?
I want to take photos to post on Instagram. I am looking for these features:
- Powerful zoom
- Great colors
- Detailed info stored with each photo (camera mode, size, dimensions, location, date...)
* I would also love to find someone who could coach me on creating a practical & professional photo taking, editing & posting process...
Thank you 😄

How about a small 1cm sensor compact (I've a Panasonix LX15) of which there are a few and use a wifi connection to your phone.
If you were going to use a phone you'd not really need an EVF model, but it would be nice to have.
Then once images moved to phone you can edit and upload as if taken by phone itself.
If you look on youtube for vlogging camera you'll see great examples that I suspect would be better in the longer term.

Hope this helps.
