Photo plans?

After 15 or more years of learning as much as possible about serious digital photography, three camera upgrades plus the purchase of many lenses, including vintage ones.....I have come to the following conclusions.
For what I do best, I require one excellent camera....my Panasonic LUMIX GX8 M/4/3 ....plus just four lenses.
Panasonic-Leica 15 mm - 1.7 and the 25 mm - 1.4 .....for my Street Photography....plus a 100mm zoom lens and a kit lens for most other things.
I do have flash, tripods, a monopod but hardly ever use them.
I look forward now to a future where gear isnt the important thing....the quality and subjects of my photographs count more.

I'm a volunteer guide at a nearby NTS property and have offered to produce a calendar based on this property for issue for 2020. This will be a first if it comes off. (I'll withhold the name of the property for now in case it doesn't come off as it will be subject to final approval by NTS HQ in Edinburgh). I'm now busy constructing a portfolio of photos (my own and other staff's) from which to choose the final 12 shots. This has to be ready for June!

Photo plans? To work beyond my comfort zone at least once a month and to set personal challenges. Last week shooting with just a 35mm lens and using my legs as a short zoom.
To sort all my old cardboard and plastic slides into one focused library system.
And finally to shrink my camera collection to the ones I am only ever going to physically use again (apart from a few old film favourites and classics and medium format....... and that's how it all started)
