Hi

I currently have a Nikon D300 using PSE10 but thinking of buying a Nikon D7100 and wonder if PSE 10 will support the D7100.

I use RAW all the time and want to be certain all will be OK using a D7100.

Many thanks for your assistance.

Hi....I'm just guessing but as the D7100 was released after PSE10...I'm thinking no.

There was an update of the RAW Editor for PSE just a couple days ago, adding new cameras to the list.

The other option would be to convert the files from the D7100 into Adobe DNG raw files and any version of elements that supports raw will open them.

It's easy to use and can be downloaded from here:

Ken

ps, it will convert the D7100 raw files.

I have just been on live chat with Adobe and you have to get elements 11.

View NX2 (free) will convert your D7100 NEFs and you can then send 16 Bit TIFFs to Elements 10.

The downside of Elements is that you cannot work in 16 Bit for layers adjustments.

VNX2 is not as powerful as CNX2 - I use CNX2 exclusively without the need for Elements.
