Pocket Wizard Transceiver 3 issues

Morning all. I've been having a problem with my Pocket Wizard Transceivers.

They work occasionally but when they misfire I find applying pressure to the transmitter on the hotshoe of my camera makes them fire?

Is this a cable issue? When I'm using them to fire the camera remotely it's never a problem as I'm using a different cable.

Did you get this sorted? Sounds like a cable issue or a connection issue - can you check to ensure the connections are all clean?
