Posting Instagram Links On Twitter

Hi guys!
I often upload photos to Twitter. I’m also very active on Instagram. However, if I post a link from Instagram on my Twitter account, it doesn’t display.
I am aware of software that displays Instagram photos as native Twitter photos but does any know how do I post an Instagram link on Twitter that will display properly and link back to my Instagram account?
