Poundland stopped selling Agfa Vista 200 colour film a couple of years ago. There are a few b/w films from Eastern European manufacturers available at reasonable prices for those that like to experiment, nothing wrong with them if you know what you want!

There's a fair choice of cheap stuff on Am×zon, if you're not particularly selective.
Or, at least, there was the last time I looked.
I bought 6 rolls of 36 exposure (prints) Fuji of some kind for a bit less than fifteen quid.
I don't know how good it is yet as the first roll's still in my camera.

I was looking forward to the release of the new Ektachrome 100 film, until I saw the price online....around £13 per 35mm roll!...…..Hopefully Kodak will find a way of lowering the cost since I cannot see it taking off at that price.

Unfortunately the real world of economics suggest that's unlikely, since an introductory cheaper price would be the way to entice people into buying the film. E6 processing is also confined to quite a small number of companies nowadays, while the size of even a single roll of film means a small parcel postage cost of £2.95 to send it off 2nd class, and that means saving up a few films as the postage cost will be the same. Sad

I fear you're right. Already I've gone back to mainly black & white or colour neg., since it's cheaper and easier to process yourself. I've also found the processing quality of some labs to be erratic to say the least.

I sold most of my outdated colour and E6 film on ebay and bought fresh B&W. I don't do much, but when I do I'm happy to do mono and home process, which is not too difficult.

I find prices of AG photographic normal. They sell Foma Retropan ISO320, 36 exposures, for £3,99.

Just getting out my 35mm film cameras to give them a run out. Have a 35mm (36 shot) film to develop from a few months back. Just found out that BOOTS UK no longer process, or even send them off for processing. Will have to search the web for suitable alternative options.
