I want to print a photo to A4 size (210x297mm) @ 300 pixels PI

How do I do this?

I did it once before but I cannot remember how to resize the photo!!

Laura,

Select Resize from the image menu. Enter the width and height you require then enter a resolution of 300 pixels/inch. Ensure "Resample using" is ticked and "Smart size" selected. If your picture is not quite the right aspect, then you may have to enlarge it a bit too much one one edge then crop afterwards.

if you use smart size, you should only enter either width or height, the other will take care of itself.

"Smart size" will just choose the best resampling method for the settings you have entered (e.g. bicubic).

"Lock aspect ratio" keeps the same width to height proportions when you resize, meaning is you change the width then the height will change by the same percentage.

Not going buy several recent threads. Blocked jets & colour management issues seem to be the main Epson problems.
