ProShow Gold - Zoom question

Does anyone use ProShow Gold and puts presentations on Zoom?

I have tried but a camera club friend could only hear the sound but no images! How should I "Publish" a ProShow presentation for Zoom!

Publish for - DVD, Video file or PC Executable? Just to add my friend has a Mac, I use a PC.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Grin

I do not have first hand experience but most AV workers use Pictures to exe. I have heard that this is problematic as well. I understand that it is basically the data rate for Zoom is too slow. I think they have to convert to mp4 anyway.

At our club, we tried our normal show, but the transitions did not work, so we redid it without transitions and it worked ok. Most probably due as Dave says to data rate slow, but also not all have high speed internet upload/ download connections
