Hi everyone,
We are going to be working with MPB very soon, so I’m keen on any feedback you may have if you’ve used their services to buy or sell?
I used them myself for the first time yesterday and must say I was personally very impressed by the easy process and excellent communication.

I'm surprised to hear that. They've always been prompt with answering emails. Haven't had need to phone so can't comment on that.
I must say my experience last night was the same - they responded to my emails really quickly, politely and very friendly & professional.

I have actually been dealing with MPB over the past 3 days. So my experience is very current. It may be they are going through a difficult patch as are many businesses.
But it is near impossible to get through on the phone - it rings and rings and you eventually get told to send an email. Which you do.... and it goes unanswered!
They said, I would not hesitate to buy from them.
