Just picked up a mint example with accessories very reasonably on eBay and put a Velvia 100 film through it. Will report back when film is returned from processing but, in the meantime, has anyone here had experience of those cameras that, when they were new, were rather pretentiously referred to as "the poor man's Hasselblad".

My Dad had one of these beasties and he still says it was the best camera he ever had! but was sold to pay for a Contax G1 & some glass! I shot my brothers wedding on the Rollei and the images were stonking! those big negs are the dogs do-dah in the darkroom
Best regards

Well, that's the first couple of rolls of Velvia processed. I am really delighted with the results. The trannies are just as good as I used to get with my old Mamiya RB67 or, before that, C330f - but the camera is just that bit more fun to use. with all its electrical functions.

Always wanted a 6003 after my Rolleiflex 2.8. Just too expensive at the time. Sad
