Hi Everyone,

I can confirm that the error is related to an advert being served by one of our ad networks. Unfortunately, it seems to be very hit and miss. We are yet to experience the same error in the office here and it does seem to only affect Firefox users.

In order for us to locate the problematic advert, then ext time you receive the error, could you please let us know what ads are showing?

We think we have located and blocked the problematic ad. It was the ad which was displaying a vanish/veet/dr scholls flash video ad after 5 seconds causing a huge performance issue to anyone running Adobe flash Player.

Those of you who had the issue, could you please confirm if things seem to be resolved?

Big update from Microsoft yesterday for windows 10, Ephotozine runs faster and no script errors , but a warning came up about Ephotozine validity and do I want to continue. I clicked yes and it works OK.

Windows 10, Firefox 46.0.1.
I have just had frozen screen which then shows script problem as reported previously:
Script: https://secure-ds.serving-sys.…urstingScript/SZMKFLVPAIDBR.js:7

I have now added "uBlock Origin 1.7.0" Ad blocker, as recommended by Firefox and it now seems to be running free of problems.
To install uBlock Origin, click on Open Menu top right of screen, click on "Add ons", then click on "Get Add Ons" and select uBlock Origin.

In most of these cases, it's a problematic advert that is causing the issue. We try our best to block these ads, but sometimes, one of them gets through. When you see the error, pay attention to what ads are displayed and see if there is a particular ad that is running every time. Report that information to us and we will ensure the ad is never sent.

EPZ page freeze, 10 script error pop-ups, and control/Alt/delete to escape.
2 ads showing - Vanish cleaner and a retirement plan.
It's getting silly, let's get this sorted please.
