Should I Complain? - Could anyone please advise

I've had probs with Jessops - promised refund, 6 weeks later, not refunded. Fortunately my mum (who is just a little bit scary) got on the case for me, and they eventually gave me a refund and a 20 gift card as compensation for all the mither (of which there was lots!)

I've still got the gift card coz can't bring myself to shop there ever again!! >:-/

There's no point hanging on to it, however strongly you feel about it.
Just make sure that you spend it on something that won't break on the way home.

Without wishing to rock the boat; I've used them a number of times, via two branches and I've never had a problem with Jessops.

Know how you feel Penny - I actually felt a bit browbeaten when I left the shop.

Maybe it depends on the quality of the management at individual branches. Seems I'm unlucky Bren, and have a dodgy branch in my town.

They are having another go at producing acceptable scans for me as we speak - said I'd go back next week to pick a new CD up................I'm not very hopeful!!!
