South African users issue update

I contacted SAIX about our issues and this is their answer:

Your SAIX Fault/Query has been resolved. The resolution description follows:
Pls request your clients to take this up with there ISp`s for we would require username/service type and circuit details inorder to determine where clients are terminating on our network. Regards SAIX-HElpdesk.

Thanks for the help anyways Tom. I deal with these guys on a daily basis, and can tell you that, all they're doing is passing the problem onto someone else until that person becomes highly frustrated and gives up.

I guess I'll just have to put up with it.

Appreciate the help though.
