I believe I'm right in saying it doesn't matter where they live as long as they can give a UK address...c/o a friend or relative, for example.

Thanks for that SaltireBlue - but it does say UK entries only. Perhaps if the entries must have a UK addressee it might help to clarify this as I suspect that some folk may see entries from other countries and assume that it is OK to enter when they do not have a friend or relative who's address they can use.
