I sent a message through to Support earlier today but have had no response from them whatsoever - not even an acknowledgement - an update was also sent an hour or so later.

Is anyone actually there - I have had so many folks say they have left a comment and I am unable to access them - folks are actually unable to now leave a comment at all - get the response Fatal Error - even more annoyed at lack of response as I renewed subscription yesterday. They were quick enough to acknowledge receipt of that!!!
