To .com or to .co.uk?

Wasn't expecting to start a heated debate...... But anyways

Thanks for the.......comments/suggestions folks. If it is really that cheap for a .co.uk domain i think I'll go for both and see how it goes.

I must admit that I tend to look for .co.uk if buying and .com if looking for random things that can based anywhere for all i care. Google has a UK search that i assumed filtered out most of the non UK based sites. No? But what do I know.

Any suggestions/recommendations of places to set up a domain thingy? Technical eh? Wink that's why I'll leave the actual web design to a mate.
