An interesting sentence:

Quote: To add insult to injury, they decided to launch a lawsuit against Morel for “antagonistic assertion of rights.”

Maybe someone should try that against Getty Images when they go chasing for thousands of dollars.

Interesting that one of the very first mobile phone photographs tweeted of this morning's helicopter crash was followed by a long Twitter thread with several news agencies and broadcasters asking for permission to use the photograph "with credit".

I sometimes use an app called Photo Markr which lets you add a little watermark.
